24 Hours of Le Mans 2025

Photos from the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans, shot from the spectator side of the Circuit de la Sarthe. Without trackside access, I spent the days before the race walking the public sections, finding gaps in the catch fencing at the Porsche Curves, Tertre Rouge and the run down to Indianapolis.

The race runs through every kind of light: hard midday sun, golden late afternoon, blue hour, then headlights tearing through the dark. Hypercars from Ferrari, Porsche, Toyota, Cadillac, Peugeot and Aston Martin share the track with LMP2 prototypes and the LMGT3 field, plus the crowds, the flypast and the atmosphere around the circuit.
